For this last written assignment, your focus is on the three major sector productions that transformed the nature of work and working. Those sector productions are: primary sector production (hunting and gathering societies through agrarian societies); secondary sector production (industrialized societies); and tertiary sector production (post-industrialized societies) as addressed in chapters 5 and 13. As you present each sector, be sure to present and explain two different aspects of their technoeconomic basis of society (see chapter 5), and two different aspects of their way of life (see chapter 13). Finally, you need to explain the changes, if any, in the birth and death rates for each period as well (see chapter 19) to explain the impact, if any, on the world of work. Feel free to draw from the lecture notes for each chapter as well.
