Health Information Exchange

After reviewing the Chief Information Management and Exchange Officer; Katherine Lusk, MHSM, RHIA ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYnKkTE_dpo&feature=youtu.be ) video clip and analyzing the information found on the HealthIT.gov website, prepare a paper on the following:

** Interpret one current initiative about health information exchange found on the healthit.gov website,
** Explain how healthcare organizations can promote the use of HIEs, and
** Recommend how organizations can overcome barriers to HIE adoption.

The assignment should be one file and:
Must be three to four double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
