You will summarize any three of the following articles and discuss how they show a change in the scientific knowledge of that subject. This will be done in one page with 12 point font and 1 inch margins. They will be worth 10 points each, assigned following the below rubric.
For each summary, you will summarize the article, so that the reader has a clear understanding of what the article was about. You will conclude by discussing the change in the scientific knowledge of the subject matter discussed in the article. In your conclusion you should add a critical analysis of the article. Was it clear? Did it seem like a good study? Did it show a change in scientific knowledge?
Rubric:
Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling Follows the standard rules of grammar, usuage, and punctuation; spelling is correct; language is clear and precise;
Article Summary
Introduce the topic and organize ideas, concepts, and information to make important connections.
Critical Evaluation
Provide a concluding statement/section that critically evaluates the article and discusses new knowledge in subject
